<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.</li><li>Review and assess contractor submittals, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Approvals, and quality-related documentation.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections, surveillance, and quality audits to ensure civil, structural, and finishing works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.</li><li>Monitor construction activities across the full project lifecycle, including earthworks, concrete works, structural elements, and finishes, to verify compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions; follow up on closure and effectiveness.</li><li>Prepare, review, and maintain accurate quality reports, inspection records, and QA/QC documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure effective implementation of quality procedures and timely resolution of quality issues.</li><li>Support continual improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance on the project.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Key Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant discipline) preferred.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of relevant experience<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"> as a </span>Supervision Consultant within the GCC region<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"></span>Demonstrated QA/QC experience covering the full project lifecycle, including civil<strong>, </strong>structural, and finishing works<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">, with strong exposure to </span>ITPs, Method Statements, and Material Approvals<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"></span>Certified Quality Professional (e.g., ASQ, CQI, IRCA<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">) preferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"></span>Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and documentation skills.</li><li>Candidates inside the UAE are preferred.</li><li>Available immediately.</li></ul><div></div>
