Trees are vital for all living species, they represent how precious life is and the magical ways nature is required for our survival. They play a pivotal role in combatting climate change and represent a classic meeting point for communities and children.
Each fiscal quarter we gather for a tree planting ceremony at our offices around the world. The number of trees planted represent the amount of projects awarded. Fabien Claeys is the Managing Director and VP of Technology at Duncan & Ross. Fabien brings a unique blend of strategic performance, operations and process implementation expertise combined with a strong sales expertise. A highly analytical and strategic thinker, Fabien developed the foundation for Duncan & Ross. Working together with Christian to propel the company to over 4 global offices with more on the horizon.
A multilingual (English, French, Dutch, Italian) professional, Fabien complements the business acumen through their diverse company culture and clientele. Prior to starting Duncan & Ross, Fabien worked for American, British, French and Belgian multinationals. After moving to the UAE, Fabien embarked on the adventure to unlock his potential together with Christian to develop the best technology and engineering consultancy company in the Middle East region. Fabien holds a M.A. in International Business and Management Studies and M.A. in Business and Managerial Economics. Committed to quality, order and structure, Fabien is incredibly passionate about coaching and personal development.

Christian Nicolas is the Managing Director and VP of Engineering at Duncan & Ross. Specializing in business development in the GCC market, Christian is a multilingual (English, Arabic, French) professional that directs corporate campaigns through B2B and B2C services. Christian was instrumental in launching Duncan & Ross with the vision of building the most exceptional and ethical consultancy company in the GCC region.
Christian mastered the art of bureaucracy and diplomacy by traveling the world with prestige as a son to a diplomat. He brings extensive business development experience working in the Saudi market for companies such as Veolia Water and Al Rajhi Holding Group. Prior to starting Duncan & Ross, Christian developed profitable portfolios through client relations for multinational French and British Corporations based in the UAE. He holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management and B.A. in Political Science and Government. As a brazen visionary with an enterprising mentality, Christian seeks the silver lining in every situation consistently focused on progress.
SACHIN JAIN

Sachin Jain is the Managing Partner for Digital Engineering and Head of Duncan & Ross India. Sachin has 17+ years of experience in enhancing global customers' engineering efficiencies by setting up offshore centres across construction (buildings, industrial and infrastructure), manufacturing and transportation. With his entrepreneurial mindset and experience in managing sales and operations teams, Sachin's passion is the perfect essence to take Duncan & Ross business global. His extensive experience in Digital Engineering coupled with his business vision provide the ideal ingredients required to build strategic relationships worldwide.
Prior to moving to India, Sachin studied in the United Kingdom and holds a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. Sachin has a natural keen eye for business acumen and leading successful teams. Together with Christian and Fabien, Sachin aims to unlock the potential of all Duncan and Ross projects and markets, above and beyond.
