<p><strong></strong></p>
<p>Model and coordinate low-current and smart systems for Qiddiya's entertainment, sports and public venues. Deliver LOD 300–500 models and shop drawings for ICT, security and life-safety systems.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Model fire alarm, public address/voice evacuation, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, BMS, nurse call/intercom, IPTV/MATV and parking guidance systems.</li>
<li>Model ELV containment, telecom rooms, MDF/IDF rooms, data center rooms and outside-plant ducts.</li>
<li>Produce low-current shop drawings, riser diagrams references, device layouts and room layouts.</li>
<li>Coordinate device locations with architectural RCPs and containment with power and mechanical services.</li>
<li>Run clash detection and track issues to closure.</li>
<li>Extract device and cabling quantities.</li>
<li>Update models to LOD 500 as-built and prepare asset data for COBie and smart city/FM integration.</li>
<li>Follow the project BEP, QIC BIM and ISO 19650 workflows.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics or Telecom Engineering.</li>
<li>5+ years of ELV/low-current BIM modelling, with 3+ years in the GCC.</li>
<li>Experience on stadiums, theme parks, hospitality, airports or large public venues.</li>
<li>SCE registration or eligibility to register.</li>
<li>Preferred: knowledge of Civil Defense (HCIS/SCD) requirements and smart-city systems.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Software</strong><br/>
Revit MEP (expert), Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, Aconex. Knowledge of NFPA 72, BICSI/TIA-568 and Saudi Civil Defense standards.</p>
