Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>As an <strong>IT Consultant – Digital Transformation</strong>, you will support the delivery of high-impact digital transformation initiatives for globally leading organizations. Working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders, you will help design modern IT architectures, enable agile delivery, and contribute to future-oriented digital solutions aligned with business strategy and market trends.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Support the <strong>digital transformation of global organizations</strong> by balancing enterprise-level technical solutions with individual client requirements.</li>
<li>Contribute to <strong>groundbreaking digital and IT initiatives</strong> by enabling the use of agile methods and modern delivery approaches.</li>
<li>Assist in shaping <strong>future-ready customer journeys</strong> through detailed analysis of client environments, business needs, and market trends such as machine learning and AI.</li>
<li>Design, evaluate, and optimize <strong>modern IT architectures</strong>, including enterprise solutions, custom software development, and sustainable digital platforms.</li>
<li>Support initiatives focused on <strong>cyber resilience</strong>, reliability, and secure-by-design digital solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively within <strong>cross-functional and international teams</strong> to deliver consulting outcomes.</li>
<li>Communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.</li>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in <strong>Business Informatics</strong> or a related discipline.</li>
<li><strong>1–3 years of full-time experience</strong> in IT Consulting.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of modern technology concepts including <strong>Agile, DevOps, AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Resilience, and Robotics</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex digital challenges.</li>
<li>High motivation to learn, innovate, and contribute to knowledge sharing within teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills in <strong>English and Arabic</strong> (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Ability to explain <strong>complex technical topics</strong> in a clear and structured manner.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in <strong>interdisciplinary teams and global environments</strong>.</li>
<li>Consulting mindset with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.</li>
