<p>We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Instrumentation Field Engineer to support field engineering activities for ADNOC Onshore oil and gas projects based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in field instrumentation, commissioning, and construction support, and must have worked on ADNOC projects in a similar capacity.</p>
<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee field instrumentation engineering activities including installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of instrumentation systems.</li>
<li>Review and interpret engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, loop diagrams, instrument index, hook-up drawings, and datasheets.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to construction teams, subcontractors, and commissioning teams on all instrumentation-related matters.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international codes (IEC, ISA, etc.).</li>
<li>Address and resolve site technical queries (TQs) and coordinate with engineering offices for design clarifications and updates.</li>
<li>Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and loop checks.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other discipline engineers, QA/QC, and HSE personnel to ensure smooth execution of instrumentation works.</li>
<li>Review contractor method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.</li>
<li>Monitor progress and report on instrumentation installation and testing activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules.</li>
<li>Act as ADNOC's field representative for instrumentation systems and ensure all deliverables meet quality and regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>KEY QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Minimum 15 years of experience in Instrumentation Engineering in the oil and gas sector.</li>
<li>Proven experience working on ADNOC onshore projects is mandatory.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of field instrumentation systems (DCS, ESD, F&G, analyzers, transmitters, control valves, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ADNOC specifications and standards.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with international standards (IEC, ISA, ATEX, etc.).</li>
