<h5>Key Responsibilities:<br></h5>

<p>Develop and manage detailed 3D MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting) using Revit.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform clash detection and run clash tests using Navisworks Manage.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate effectively between various disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Generate accurate and detailed shop drawings from BIM models as per project standards and specifications.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model conflicts and clashes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure all models are developed to LOD (Level of Development) as per project requirements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and client feedback.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with project engineers, design teams, and BIM managers to ensure deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.</p></li></ul>
<h5>Key Qualifications :</h5>
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP projects.<p></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>In-depth knowledge of MEP systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven experience in clash detection and resolution workflows.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Solid understanding of BIM coordination processes and interdisciplinary collaboration.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hands-on experience creating shop drawings from 3D models.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p>
</li>
<li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
