<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Prepare and develop instrumentation design drawings including: Loop diagrams, Instrument location drawings, Hook-up diagrams, Termination and wiring diagrams</li><li>Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for infrastructure projects including roads, highways, grading, drainage,<strong> </strong>utilities,<strong> </strong>and site development using Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit.</li><li>Create accurate surface models, alignments, profiles, corridors, and pipe networks based on survey data and design inputs.</li><li>Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model consistency and clash-free designs.</li><li>Prepare construction documentation, plan/profile sheets, cross-sections, and quantity take-offs from models.</li><li>Maintain model accuracy and ensure compliance with GCC authority standards, client specifications, and BIM protocols.</li><li>Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support to design engineers.</li><li>Update models and drawings as per markups, comments, or design revisions.</li><li>Manage model file structures, naming conventions, and version control according to project BIM execution plans.</li></ul>
<p><br>Key Qualifications:</p>
<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects within the GCC (roads, utilities, drainage, grading, or site development).</li>

<p>Proven expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit (advanced level proficiency required).</p>

<p>Previous experience in remote collaboration environments using BIM workflows and coordination tools.</p></li><li><p></p>Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including corridors, surfaces, grading, pipe networks, and data shortcuts.</li><li>Solid understanding of Revit modeling workflows for civil and infrastructure integration.</li><li>Experience with Navisworks for model review and clash detection is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD definitions, and data exchange formats (IFC, DWG, etc.).</li><li>Basic knowledge of InfraWorks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs platforms.</li><li>Able to work remotely and available immediately.</li>
