<p>Key Qualifications:</p>
<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"> in civil engineering, preferably within </span>infrastructure or pipeline projects<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"></span>Strong technical knowledge in O&amp;M procedures<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">, project documentation, and construction methodologies.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"></span>Proven ability to prepare and manage technical submittals<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">, </span>reports<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">, and </span>project logs<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"></span>Excellent coordination and communication<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"> skills with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"></span>Proficient in MS Office<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">, </span>AutoCAD<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">, and other relevant engineering software.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;"></span>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>Familiar with QA/QC procedures<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">, inspection processes, and client handover requirements.</span></li><li>Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.<br></li></ul>
