<p>We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our engineering team in Dubai, supporting ADNOC offshore oil and gas projects. The role requires in-depth knowledge of offshore modularization, structural design, and fabrication for offshore facilities such as platforms, topsides, and process modules.</p>
<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and perform structural analysis and detailed design of offshore modules, including topsides, decks, substructures, and support frames.</li>
<li>Develop structural calculations, reports, and design drawings in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international offshore codes (API, AISC, ISO, DNV).</li>
<li>Provide engineering input to support modularization strategy, fabrication methodology, transport, and offshore installation.</li>
<li>Conduct structural integrity assessments considering environmental loading, lifting, and sea transportation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with piping, mechanical, electrical, and naval architecture teams to ensure seamless modular design integration.</li>
<li>Participate in 3D model reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and design verification activities.</li>
<li>Review and approve contractor/vendor documents, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.</li>
<li>Support offshore site queries, fabrication yard coordination, and technical resolution during construction phases.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>KEY QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred).</li>
<li>10 to 15 years of experience in structural engineering for offshore oil &amp; gas projects, with at least 5 years in modularization.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with offshore modularization including fixed platforms, topsides, FPSOs, and jack-up units.</li>
<li>Prior experience working on ADNOC offshore projects is a strong advantage.</li>
<li>Proficient in structural analysis software such as SACS, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and integrated engineering environments.</li>
<li>Sound understanding of offshore construction techniques, modular transport, and lift engineering.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.</li>
