<p>Key Responsibilities:<br></p>
<ul><li><strong></strong>Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and site audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and relevant regulations (e.g., Civil Defense, Royal Commission, Aramco/NEOM standards if applicable).</li><li>Prepare and maintain safety documentation including incident reports, checklists, PTW (Permit to Work), and safety records.</li><li>Assist in developing Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and safe work method statements (SWMS).</li><li>Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, lifting operations, hot works, confined spaces, scaffolding, etc.</li><li>Support incident/accident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is used appropriately and maintained.</li>

<p>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients on safety matters.</p>

<p>Promote a strong safety culture across the project.</p></li></ul>
<p>Key Qualifications:<br></p>
<ul><li>Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Mandatory certifications:</strong></p>

<p>NEBOSH IGC&nbsp;</p></li>
<li>
<p>OSHA / IOSH (added advantage)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>First Aid / Firefighting training (preferred)</p>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<p>Minimum 8<strong>+ years of relevant experience</strong> (depending on project).</p></li><li><p></p>Experience with construction, infrastructure, oil &amp; gas, or industrial projects (as required).</li>
<li>
<p>Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and industry best practices.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work in fast-paced environments and ensure compliance under pressure.</p></li></ul>
