<p>Job&nbsp;Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings, schematics, and shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.</li><li>Coordinate with mechanical engineers and other MEP disciplines to ensure accurate and clash-free designs.</li><li>Interpret design specifications and translate them into practical HVAC system layouts.</li><li>Review and modify drawings based on site conditions or engineer feedback.</li><li>Ensure drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.</li><li>Conduct site visits if required for drawing coordination and updates.</li></ul>

<p><br>Key Qualifications:</p>
<p></p></li><li><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman.</li><li>Proven drafting experience within the GCC, preferably in the UAE.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD/ shop drawings&nbsp;; knowledge of Revit is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems including ducting, chilled water systems, ventilation, and insulation detailing.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.</li></ul>
