<p></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer Electrical &amp; Instrumentation with extensive experience in procurement quality management for oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing and analyzing vendor quality documentation for Electrical &amp; Instrumentation systems including HIPPS (High Integrity Pressure Protection Systems), ICSS (Integrated Control &amp; Safety Systems), and DCS (Distributed Control Systems). The role will also involve site inspections, supervision exposure, and ensuring full compliance with ADNOC and international standards.</p>
<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Review, verify, and approve vendor quality documents, including Quality Control Procedures, Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs), FAT/SAT procedures, Calibration Procedures, and Test Certificates.</li><li>Evaluate vendor quality systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, ADNOC requirements, and applicable codes/standards.</li><li>Review and analyze documentation related to HIPPS, ICSS, and DCS packages, ensuring adherence to technical and quality requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to clarify technical and quality-related queries.</li><li>Monitor vendor manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes through documentation review and inspections at vendor premises (as required).</li><li>Conduct and supervise electrical and instrumentation inspections at site, ensuring adherence to approved quality procedures and project specifications.</li><li>Oversee and guide construction teams to maintain quality standards during installation, cable laying, termination, and commissioning of E&amp;I systems.</li><li>Supervise testing and commissioning activities for HIPPS, ICSS, and DCS packages in coordination with vendors and construction teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Apply full working knowledge of ADNOC codes, standards, and specifications relevant to E&amp;I works in oil and gas projects.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, ISA, API, and other international codes and standards.</li><li>Participate in quality audits and ensure NCRs, CARs, and other quality reports are addressed and closed in a timely manner.</li></ul>
<p><strong>KEY QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of QA/QC experience in oil and gas projects, with at least 3+ years in procurement quality management.</li><li>Strong experience in reviewing and analyzing vendor quality documentation, especially for HIPPS, ICSS, and DCS packages.</li><li>ADNOC project experience is mandatory.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ISA, API, and other international codes and standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.</li><li>Certification in relevant QA/QC and inspection disciplines (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CompEx, IECEx) is preferred.</li></ul>
