<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across projects</li><li>Establish and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in alignment with project requirements and organizational standards</li><li>
Set up and maintain BIM project environments, including Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud</li><li>Oversee model coordination and clash detection using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks</li><li>Manage and administer BIM authoring platforms including Autodesk Revit</li><li>
Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and other relevant BIM guidelines<br>
</li><li>
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure model integration and data accuracy<br>
</li><li>
Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows<br>
</li><li>
Monitor model quality, data integrity, and adherence to LOD requirements<br>
</li><li>
Support project delivery through 3D coordination, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost integration where applicable<br>
</li><li>
Develop and manage BIM content libraries, templates, and families<br>
</li><li>
Report BIM performance metrics to senior management and recommend process improvements<br> </li></ul><p>Key Qualifications:<br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li><li>Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 3–5 years in a BIM leadership role</li><li>
Proven experience in setting up and managing BIM workflows and Common Data Environments from project initiation to close-out<br>
</li><li>
Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Autodesk BIM 360</li><li>
Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards<br>
</li><li>
Experience in multidisciplinary model coordination and clash resolution<br>
</li><li>
Ability to develop BIM standards, templates, and automation strategies<br>
</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills<br>
</li><li>
Experience with 4D/5D BIM tools and integration with scheduling and cost management systems<br>
</li><li>
