<p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></p>
<p>Focuses on ensuring the required data analytics for the functioning of the SMO are in place by:</p>
<ul><li>Managing processes for data validation, ensuring accuracy and integrity across reporting systems</li><li>Enhancing visualization techniques to improve data-driven insights</li><li>Streamlining data workflows through automation and integration, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort</li></ul>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul><li>Manage system administration and provide technical support to ensure smooth system operations and adequate troubleshooting</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, detecting inconsistencies and recommending corrective actions to improve data integrity</li><li>Aggregate, clean, and structure numerical data from multiple sources to ensure consistency, reliability, and readiness for analysis</li><li>Develop dynamic dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python to present data in an actionable format</li><li>Support data analysis of KPI tracking and numerical refinement</li></ul>
<p><strong>HARD SKILLS</strong></p>
<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages</li><li>Strong knowledge of data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau etc.)</li><li>Ability to manage automated reporting workflows</li></ul>

<p><strong>WORK EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<ul><li>2-5 years of experience in data science or data analytics</li><li>Hands-on experience in structuring and working with numerical data</li></ul>
