<p>We are looking for a skilled <strong>TEKLA Modeler</strong> to join our engineering/drafting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using <strong>Tekla Structures</strong> to create accurate and detailed 3D models of structural steel, precast concrete, or rebar components. You will be responsible for producing shop drawings, erection drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) based on client and engineering specifications.</p><p>Key&nbsp;Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 1em;">Develop detailed and accurate </span><strong style="font-size: 1em;">3D models</strong><span style="font-size: 1em;"> of structural steel components using </span><strong style="font-size: 1em;">Tekla Structures</strong><span style="font-size: 1em;">.</span></li><li>Create and manage models for fabrication and erection, including all connections, assemblies, and associated detailing.</li><li>Model complete facade assemblies including brackets, anchors, mullions, transoms, cladding panels, and fixings.</li><li>Generate <strong style="font-size: 1em;">shop drawings, erection drawings</strong><span style="font-size: 1em;">, and </span><strong style="font-size: 1em;">bills of materials (BOMs)</strong><span style="font-size: 1em;"> directly from Tekla models.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 1em;"></span>Perform material take-offs and ensure model data is aligned with fabrication requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with structural engineers, detailers, and fabrication teams to resolve design issues and ensure constructability.</li><li>Maintain model accuracy through various design revisions and project phases.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with project standards, industry codes, and client specifications.</li></ul><p>Key Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel detailing and modeling with Tekla Structures.</li><li>At least 1-2 years of experience specifically in facade modeling, including curtain walls, cladding, and support systems.</li><li>Certification or formal training in Tekla Structures or similar BIM software is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, facade system installation, and connection detailing.
