<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Develop accurate BIM models for electrical systems, focusing on lighting and façade coordination.</li><li>Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical) to ensure clash-free and fully integrated models.</li><li>Update and maintain Revit models throughout all project stages.</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation in compliance with project and company BIM standards.</li><li>Support the design team with model reviews, quantity take-offs, and revisions as required.</li><li>Ensure adherence to UAE/GCC codes and client specifications.</li></ul>
<p>Key Qualifications:</p>
<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Must have 3-5 years of bim modeling experience</li><li><span style="font-size: 1em;">Relevant experience in lighting and façade coordination within a Revit environment.</span></li><li>Proven experience working on UAE/GCC projects (design consultancy experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.</li><li>Good understanding of BIM execution plans and modeling workflows.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.</li><li>Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.<br></li></ul>
