<p><strong style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">Professional Experience</strong></p>



<ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business process management (varied levels to fill 5 positions).</li><li>Hands-on experience using SAP Signavio or any BPM solution (ARIS, IBM Blueworks, Nintex, Camunda, etc.).</li><li>Experience modelling and analyzing business processes using BPMN 2.0.</li><li>Exposure to process mapping within large-scale organizations (construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or similar industries preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>







<ul><li>Strong command of BPMN modelling principles.</li><li>Working knowledge of Signavio modules (Process Manager, Workflow Accelerator, Collaboration Hub).</li><li>Ability to document processes clearly and professionally.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP / PMIS / engineering tools) is beneficial but not required.</li><li>Strong communication and facilitation skills.</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in teams.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>




<ul><li>SAP Signavio certification.</li><li>Experience in digital transformation or operational excellence roles.</li><li>Exposure to real estate, construction, engineering, asset management, or PMO functions.</li><li>Knowledge of lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.</li><li>Experience with data-driven process analysis or process mining.</li></ul><p><strong style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">Education</strong></p>
