<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul><li>Support end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across hospitality, asset management, and golf operations.</li><li>Conduct process discovery, documentation, modelling, and optimization.</li><li>Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical, data-driven improvements.</li><li>Use SAP Signavio (or similar BPM tools) to model and analyze processes.</li><li>Define and track process KPIs and performance metrics.</li><li>Support process standardization across multi-asset portfolios.</li><li>Facilitate workshops with operational and business stakeholders.</li><li>Assist with change management and adoption of redesigned processes.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Business, IT, and Transformation teams.</li></ul>
<p><strong><br></strong></p>
<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p>
<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in BPM/BPR or process improvement roles.</li><li>Exposure to hospitality, golf operations, asset management, or similar operational environments.</li><li>Working knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.</li><li>Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools (preferred).</li><li>Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.</li><li>Experience working in GCC environments (preferred).</li></ul>
