<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p>
<p>1. Change Management Strategy:</p>
<ul><li>Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with the program's goals and objectives.</li><li>Identify potential risks and resistance factors and proactively address them.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to integrate change management processes into project plans.</li><li>Document the change management strategy and all its building blocks and components into change management plan documents.</li></ul>
<p>2. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:</p>
<ul><li>Create and execute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of changes.</li><li>Develop strategies to keep the customer's employees and stakeholders at all levels engaged, ensuring their understanding and support for change initiatives.</li><li>Put in place strategies to foster a positive and collaborative work environment during periods of change.</li></ul>
<p>3. Training and Development:</p>
<ul><li>Work with partners and customers to identify the support and resources needed to facilitate a smooth transition towards the target state.</li><li>Work with partners and customers to design and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for the new processes and systems.</li></ul>
<p>4. Measurement and Sustainability:</p>
<ul><li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.</li><li>Develop strategies to conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to gauge the impact of change on customer's employees and organization.</li></ul>
<p>5. Collaboration and Leadership:</p>
<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to change management teams, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul><li>A proven experience as a Change Management Lead on large scale Digital Transformation programs or similar programs</li><li>In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices</li><li>Experience working with government entities in the UAE (preferably) or the region.</li><li>Experience in organizing major events involving high profile stakeholders and a large number of employees using the latest innovations in this domain.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English)</li><li>Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and inspire others.</li></ul><p></p>
