<p><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and other team members to integrate design concepts into the BIM model.</li><li>Coordinate and manage model updates, revisions, and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Assist in the creation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and quality control of BIM models by adhering to project standards, best practices, and client requirements.</li><li>Participate in clash detection and resolve any conflicts or issues related to the BIM model.</li><li>Generate 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and client reviews.</li><li>Assist in the development of BIM-related processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.</li><li>Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.<br></li></ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong focus on architecture.<br></li><li>Must have work experience from design consulting companies in the GCC, ideally from UAE.</li><li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural design, building systems, and construction processes.</li><li>Experience working with project teams to develop and manage BIM models from schematic design through construction.</li><li>Familiarity with BIM standards, guidelines, and project workflows.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.<br></li></ul>
