Role Purpose

The Consultant will provide analytical, research, and coordination support in the design and implementation of sustainability and impact measurement frameworks. The role contributes to evidence-based policymaking by developing data models, supporting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes, and enabling transparent reporting of environmental and social outcomes across government initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Data, KPIs & Impact Measurement

• Support the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), data models, and impact dashboards to track progress against sustainability objectives.
• Contribute to the design of impact measurement tools and performance scorecards that align with organizational and national sustainability frameworks.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity and consistency across multiple programs and reporting systems.

Research & Benchmarking

• Conduct research, benchmarking, and comparative analysis of global and regional impact measurement frameworks (e.g., GRI, IMP, SDGs).
• Support the identification of best practices and lessons learned to enhance sustainability reporting and evaluation approaches.
• Analyze sustainability and impact trends to inform strategy and policy development.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Support M&E reporting, data analysis, and documentation of processes to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Assist in preparing impact reports, dashboards, and management briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of guidelines and templates to standardize M&E practices across programs.

Stakeholder Coordination & Data Collection

• Coordinate data collection and validation activities across departments, agencies, and external partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure timely submission and accuracy of impact-related data.
• Support interdepartmental collaboration and ensure alignment of reporting mechanisms with national sustainability objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Economics, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sustainability, impact measurement, data analysis, or monitoring and evaluation (preferably within the public or development sector).
• Familiarity with international sustainability standards and impact reporting methodologies.
• Strong analytical, research, and data management skills.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation abilities.
