Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting) using Revit.

• Perform clash detection and run clash tests using Navisworks Manage.

• Coordinate effectively between various disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).

• Generate accurate and detailed shop drawings from BIM models as per project standards and specifications.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model conflicts and clashes.

• Ensure all models are developed to LOD (Level of Development) as per project requirements.

• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and client feedback.

• Collaborate with project engineers, design teams, and BIM managers to ensure deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.

• Maintain documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.

Key Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP projects.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.

• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting.

• Proven experience in clash detection and resolution workflows.

• Solid understanding of BIM coordination processes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Hands-on experience creating shop drawings from 3D models.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
